We're currently an in-network provider with UnitedHealthcare. 


We will be happy to verify your insurance coverage (both in- and out-of-network). 

Please fill out the Insurance Verification Form and allow us 48 hours for verification. 


You can always send us an email (drew@kammaacupuncture.com) along with a copy of your insurance card (front and back) along with your date of birth. 


Unfortunately, we do not accept Kaiser, MediCal, or Medicare. We're happy to offer you a sliding scale.
